Penrose Library is a member of the Colorado Library Card Program. We accept direct patron referrals (referral card or sheet required) from other Colorado Libraries at no cost to the visiting patron. If you are a Colorado Public Library user or are part of a Colorado academic institution not listed above, have your home librarian fill out a Referral Card to obtain access and borrowing privileges to Penrose Library. This is a one day only pass and allows up to six items to be borrowed.
